Low-Carb Swiss Loaf

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1 pound ground beef or pork
5 ounces grated Swiss cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 rib of celery (including the leaves), chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika

Preheat the oven to 350° F.

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix, with your hands, until well blended. Pack the meat into one large loaf pan, or two small ones. Bake a large loaf for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours. Or bake two small loaves for 1 1/4 hours.

Yields 8 servings.
